Babylon Health has a platform that features a 24/7 AI chatbot. The chatbot which achieved “unicorn status” in August 2019 is designed to interact with users and generate diagnoses based on symptoms. It can also connect users with specific healthcare providers, as well as allowing customers to interact in the same way they would when talking to a health professional.
